First Batch of Soft Cheese~ Sheep Cheese!

 This was such an easy cheese to make, and so delicious!  It is creamy just like cream cheese, but with a little sweeter "milder" taste.  I mixed basil into part of the batch, hoping that after it sits for a bit it will be a little more flavorful.   

 Not only is it delicious on crackers, it's also good mixed with sheep milk ricotta and used as a filling in Ravioli!  Click here for that recipe on our new food blog!

Janet also suggested it's use as a topping for baked potatoes and in Lasagna.  Mmmmmm!
