White Flour

Why it’s a good idea to make your own whole wheat bread!!!

Refined white breads and pasta are typically missing:
95 percent of the Vitamin E (contained in the wheat germ)
78 percent of the B-6
78 percent of the fiber (colon and intestinal health)
72 percent of magnesium
72 percent of the chromium (blood sugar control)
62 percent of the zinc (essential for immune system support)
50 percent of the folate (B vitamin that is essential for cell growth and reproduction)
What remains is so depleted that the government requires this flour to be enriched with synthetic nutrients.
