Mr. President...

...with all respect...shoveling money to people who want nothing more than to rot their brains out in front of the TV all day isn't working.  Speaking of working, a whole lot of Americans seem to have forgotten how to.
This is going to be a reality before long; people are going to have to learn to live one what they've got.  Just like they did in the old days.  The government is running out of borrowed money, and nobody wants to keep lending us when we won't pay them back.  I have the feeling things are going to get pretty interesting in the next 10-20 years.  And I don't doubt it's going to be tough, but it's still an exciting thought to me to be living in this be able to see what God does.  Maybe our country really has a chance if we could all be faithful to raise a generation that will quit this humanistic materialism, turn back to God, work diligently, and rely on him to provide for their needs.  But I don't know what He has planned...maybe the rapture will happen soon.  I probably shouldn't say it, but hopefully it won't happen too soon.  Who knows?????? :-)

  1. Yes, you are right Lydia. Our nation may be facing some of its greatest challenges ahead. We do need to pray for God's mercy and hope that some who have turned their back would feel a need to again turn to God. Love you, Meemom
