It's not about guns, it's about control!

Yesterday at the Wal-Mart in Chehalis, we couldn't help noticing a few neat bumper stickers.  I found a couple others along the same lines.  So here are a few to brighten your day :-)  (Note: it’s not always a great idea to read bumper stickers in this area, in fact, it’s definitely best to avoid them. :-)
If guns kill people…
…do pencils miss-spell words?

Gun control is using both hands.

Gun control is being able to hit your target.

And last but not least… :-)
I always carry a gun because a cop is too heavy.

One of the things that was required of us so that our home could be  approved for a foster license, was that all guns must be kept in a locked safe.  (Even when we were to foster a BABY.)

Sooooo…If some guy who was up to no good came into the house in the middle of the night, someone would have to politely ask him to hold his horses while we run around in the dark looking for the ammunition (that has to be kept in a separate hidden spot), un-lock the safe, and get the gun all loaded and cocked while the kind man stands there patiently, waiting to be blasted into smithereens or arrested.
